Trial Billing Complained About Event Time And Current Time Difference Is Larger Then 86400 (Doc ID 808323.1)

Goal

When executing pin_trial_bill_accts application, having END_T (=15 Jun 2019) greater than pin_virtual_time (= 13 Jun 2019), got below error:

Steps to reproduce --
Run pin_trial_bill_accts for a billing cycle that has an end_t at least 1 day greater that pin_virtual_time.

Default value for valid_forward_interval is 86400 (1 day). But in pin.conf, that flag is not set.

Question: Could it be affecting another modules if we set "- fm_bill valid_forward_interval 30*86400" for instance?
