Not Able To Login Into Customer Center Using CSR Account Created. (Doc ID 814747.1)

Goal

While trying to logon through CSR account created in the Customer Center, it is showing the error
as "You do not have permissions for this tool".
This would hinder from logging into Collection Center which shows error : "Profile roles not
created".

### Steps to Reproduce ###
1.Create a new account and select a CSR plan with service type admin_client
2.At the Payment Options screen, the payment method set to Undefined.
3.Assign permissions to the account as below:
    a) Permissions type: /accounttool/account/status ; Permission Level: Read/Write
    b) Permissions type: /accounttool/accountcreate/* Permission Level: Read/Write
4.Tried login to Customer Center using CSR ID and password.
