Goal
Scenario:
* A CDR with 21540 quantity is rated by pipeline resulting in 110.931 Euros.
* First discount applied on this call, this discount used 10800 units.The discount impact is -55.62 on Euro resource and 10800 on counter (used to know the total discounting quantity).
* A second discount is applied in cascade mode. This discount impact is -55.311 on Euro resource and 10800 on counter (used to know the total discounting quantity).
Expected Result:
Counter = 21540 * 0.498607242339 = 10740
Actual Result:
Counter = 21540 * 0.501392757661 = 10800
