How Pipeline Ignores the Last Line of CDR File Containing 'EOF' (Doc ID 837547.1)

Each CDR file from mediation has 'EOF' at last line like this:

GSM;0049100095;009001010014;20081205190000;2000;0;0;NORM;123456;
EOF

How can Pipeline ignore this last line of CDR file which has the fix value of 'EOF'?
It does not work when trying to define trailer in the CDR format file with the pattern "EOF\n" or "EOF.*\n".
