Problem Statement:
When purchasing a product with single rate plan which has a customized impact category ( i.e. not default), the event generated for the Cycle Forward product does not have balance impact.

Steps To Reproduce:
1.  Create a custom impact category called "Bundle."
2.  In Pricing Center, create a Cycle Forward product with a Single Rate Plan and select the "Bundle" as the associated impact category.
3.  Create an account and purchase the deal that has the step 2. mentioned product inside.
4.  The event generated for the Cycle Forward product does not have balance impact.
