Committing Products In BRM Is Not Publishing Messages Into AQ_QUEUE (Doc ID 850074.1)

Goal

When we are creating and committing any products in BRM, the business events are not reaching to the queue (AQ_QUEUE) table.
There are also no errors in any log files, like eai_js.pinlog, dm_aq.pinlog.
The eai_js. pinlog shows that the business event has been successfully published to dm_aq.

The dm_aq.pinlog shows the below content :

 
Basically , any action performed from pricing center is not being published to the AQ_QUEUE.
How can we resolve this issue ?
