Goal
The error message (Message Category 4, Message Number 11616) that appears when a Bill Factor is not able to retrieve a value seems inconsistent with the configuration of the Bill Factor. It says that the Characteristic Source is a "Characteristics Collection" even though the Obligation is specified as the Characteristic Source in the configuration.
Current Error Message:
Char. value for char. type (ZZMDC091) of Bill Factor (ZZMDC091) was not found. (Char. Source "Characteristics Collection" ).
Char. value for char. type (ZZMDC091) of Bill Factor (ZZMDC091) was not found. (Char. Source "Characteristics Collection" ).
Expected Error Message:
Char. value for char. type (ZZMDC091) of Bill Factor (ZZMDC091) was not found. (Char. Source "Obligation" ).
