Symptoms

Whenever a street intersection search is performed, ERROR Search failed is displayed. Thre services logs do not seem to show anything.

Open Search Tool from Viewer, select Street Intersection, key Street Name 1, Street Name 2, and Town Name values, press Search button, error is generated.
