Customer is experiencing performance issues and run time failures when trying to access eCRFs.

They experienced the following issues:

1. Two internal users could not log in. They said that they could log in before fine.
2. It took two attempts to reset their password.
3. Extreme page turn "slowness" was experienced by all users. The slowness resulted in a "fatal error".

They are experiencing this issue when accessing RDC Onsite externally through Anonymous Whale, a
third party gateway software which provides remote access to the business critical applications
for external users like partners etc.

They DO NOT see any performance related issues on their internal network.
