Goal

In 7.2.1 documentation :

From Portal Documentation -->Setting Up Pricing and Rating -->Making changes to your price list --> Logging changes to price lists

It states that to get notified when price lists change, Portal can create messages in the cm.pinlog files when price lists are updated.

Change the value for the fm_rate log_refresh_product entry to 1.

        - fm_rate log_refresh_product 1


However, when the users perform this action nothing happens.

Q1: What does the "price lists change" mean? If there is a change in products, discounts, deals, or plans, should the change be in the log file?
Q2: Does the cm log level need to be = 3?
