Exception in weblogic while installing ASAP and deployment failed (Doc ID 865709.1)

Symptoms

The following exception was thrown during an ASAP 7.0 install:

Task 1 failed: [Deployer:149026]deploy application asapSUN1 on admin_rapwls01.
Target state: deploy failed on Server admin_rapwls01
The run-as security principal, 'Cartridge_Management_WebService_MDB', chosen for the EJB
'AdapterMDB(Application: asapSUN1, EJBComponent: cdws-adapter-cache-mdb.jar)' is not a valid user
principal in the current security realm. Please specify a valid user principal for the EJB to use.

java.lang.RuntimeException: Runtime Exception while calling invoke. Invoking management operations
on Realm, UserLockoutManager and Security Provider MBeans via the Domain Runtime MBeanServer is
illegal when the Admin server needs to be restarted due to non-dynamic changes.
