Goal
Demantra was installed on a windows 64-bit server.
The worksheets are opening fine,
but when trying to sign on to Business Modeler, the following error occurs:
"cannot connect to database oracle library OCI.DLL or ORA803.DLL could not be loaded"
Other users report the following during the installation of a release or patch:
"Update ds.ini failed. Can't connect to database Oracle library OCI.DLL or ORA803.DLL could not be loaded."
Or
"Can't connect to database Oracle library OCI.DLL could not be loaded."
