Symptoms


Error message:

XML HTTP request failed: 500 (Internal Server Error). trying to open a CRF.

The issue only raises for one OPS$XXX user

Steps To Reproduce:

  • Connect to RDC Onsite with the new user
  • Select a patient
  • Try to open a CRF
