In MDM Add/Edit Usage, when trying to edit usage and save, an error occurs:

Error (0x80131500): Unable to load MDM Usage Rules [Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1,
position 1.]
TypeError (0x800a1391): 'StartDate' is undefined

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Go to MDM Add/Edit Usage
  2. Edit the values
  3. Select "Save"
  4. An error will occur.
