Collections Error ORA-29273: HTTP Request Failed and Possibly ORA-06512 ORA-29264 or ORA-29259 (Doc ID 883173.1)

When attempting to run standard collection of shipment and Booking History -self service with EP LOAD CHECKED the following error occurs.

ORA-29273: HTTP request failed
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1577
ORA-29264: unknown or unsupported URL scheme

After ensuring that the MSD_DEM Profile reflects the demantra schema in both the source and target instance, customer are now getting the following new error when running collections:

ORA-29273: HTTP request failed
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1577
ORA-29259: end-of-input reached
