On 4.5.0 in Production:
When running the Batch Validation process in OC,
the following error occurs in the Batch Log:

ERROR
Indicator Question Checks for Patients with modified data
0 new, 0 remain current, 0 became obsolete
Batch Validation aborted due to an error
Error adding new responses entry(2).Msg:ORA-00001: unique constraint (RXC.RESPONSE_PK_IDX) violated

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Logon to OC
2) Select Study
3) Run Batch Validation
