Timos Startup Fails

Goal
On a fresh installation of TIMOS in AIX 5.3, when starting the TIMOS, it throws an error as follows :"bash-3.00$ more dm_timos_console.log
Could not load program /opt/portal/7.3/bin/dm_timos:
Dependent module /opt/portal/7.3/lib/libfunctor2312d.a(functor12d.o) could not be loaded.
The module has an invalid magic number."
