Symptoms

One or more of the following occurs:

Activities are not sorting correctly.
Resource usage profile bars do not match resource usage spreadsheet info for same time period.
Page Setup > Scaling options are not working.
AVAA0 error when modifying the layout.
Printing errors after changing paper size.
Margins in File > Page Setup > Margins tab cannot be changed.
Scrolling through activities is very slow.
When sorting by Start, the first activity is not the earliest starting activity.
Column names are displayed incorrectly.
Error There was a problem communication with the printer.
Error Primavera P6 Professional has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
