Symptoms

Agile SDK clients are not able to create session to the Agile Application Server running on the Weblogic Cluster setup with below error:

Error code : 60089
Error message : Failed to connect to the Agile server. Please check your Agile server name and port ID.
Root Cause exception : java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch console, and run SDK program with below code:

  2. Gets error in the console window where the SDK program is run.
  3. When accessed to the same URL in SDK program + /PLMServlet: http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/Agile/PLMServlet from the browser from the same machine where the SDK program is run, Web Client shows up and user can login.
