On ASAP Startup Received the error "ORA-01940 Cannot Drop A User That Is Currently Connected" (Doc ID 949370.1)

This is a fatal error that may occur when installing/running ASAP.

This error will be displayed on the ASAP installation screen as well as found in the ASAP installation file CreateDatabase.log:

Creating ASAP database users ...
Creating <CTRL_USER> database user ...

User dropped.

User created.

Grant succeeded.

Trigger created.

Creating <SARM_USER> database user ...
drop user <SARM_USER> cascade
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01940: cannot drop a user that is currently connected
