Goal

Customer's batch scheduling software returned a code '99' for a RUNRS run. Please supply a list of the valid return codes and what they mean.

To produce the code of '99' the following steps were performed:

RUNRS is initiated by a batch scheduler software (JSS)
RUNRS calls a Rate Schedule
The rate schedule encountered an abort
RUNRS sent a '99' return code back to JSS
