Minimum Order Qty and Fixed Lot Multiplier are not applied in an unconstrained plan but they are visible in the Collections Workbench.


STEPS:
1. Query the item in the Collections Workbench.  Notice the FLM and MOQ
2. Run ASCP and query the same item in the PWB.  No MOQ or FLM are present.
