7.3.0.1 Install / Upgrade Process.
Purpose
These points of interest are meant to speed your time to resolution. For example, by turning on the installer logging in debug mode, you can quickly supply Oracle Support with the log. Likewise, the Preparing to Install section contains issues that have been reported by actual customers as they attempted the install/upgrade.
