Symptoms

Supervisor goes to the Weekly Time view for an employee in the Timekeeping Module and clicks the Approve Timesheets view. Normally, they would see a message that says "5 timesheets will be approved..." but now, they are seeing "zero timesheets will be approved..." and, when they click OK, they get the following Error:"Initialization ORA-01403: no data found"
