Goal
In Maintenance Mode, administrators can manage and update the Foundation Data (Organization, Location, and Job Fields-OLFs), Job Templates, Positions, and Departments. When the system is in Maintenance Mode, the application is inactive. All users, except the System Administrator, are logged out automatically. The system will display a message to the users of the product, indicating that the application is in Maintenance Mode. When the application is in Maintenance Mode, the application is inactive and unavailable to users.
