Purpose
The following things may be evident or represent what the user is trying to accomplish:
- Cannot apply to a requisition.
- The Apply hyperlink is not available on the Job List page.
- The Apply button is not shown on the Job Description page.
- Apply by email is shown instead of the regular Apply button.
- The candidate is prompt to send an email when applying.
