Purpose
The following items may be evident or represent what the user is trying to accomplish:
- The attachment tab is missing.
- Unable to attach files when creating or editing a message template from the correspondence manager.
- The file you attached cannot be processed.
- Getting an error when attaching a file to a message template.
- The file format is not supported. The supported file format are:
