Purpose

The following things may be evident or represent what the user is trying to accomplish:

• The action you requested (Merge...) cannot be applied to this candidate.
• The candidate files cannot be merged for the following reasons: - The duplicate candidate file already contains an offer.
• The candidate files cannot be merged for the following reasons: - The duplicate candidate file is already in an Onboarding process.
• The candidate files cannot be merged for the following reasons: - The duplicated candidate file is already involved in an Legacy Onboarding process
• The candidate files cannot be merged for the following reasons: - The duplicate candidate file contains an interview request.
• The candidate files cannot be merged for the following reasons: - The duplicate candidate file contains an incomplete external service request.
• The candidate files cannot be merged for the following reasons: - One of the candidates is already employed by the organization.
• Access Control Error.
• A candidate submission can only be created in a language configured in the requisition.
• The total number of submissions for the candidates selected for the merge action (excluding the primary candidate file) exceeds the maximum limit of 300 submissions. Please reduce the number of candidates selected.
• Error in mergeCandidate.
• The following email address is already used by a candidate included in the database: xxx@xxxx.com Lastname, Firstname (xxxxxx)
• The specified ad or event is valid between MMM DD, YYYY , MMM DD, YYYY
• The fields "certification" and "otherCertificationName" are mutually exclusive. You cannot use both fields simultaneously.
• Error message displayed: The Candidate Files can not be Merged.
• Error message displayed when attempting to merge candidate files:  The following fields must be active when creating or updating the offer Pay Basis
• Error - 1 or more candidates cannot be merged due to the following reason(s): The file type you selected cannot be uploaded for security reasons.
