Purpose
The following things may be evident or represent what the user is trying to accomplish:
- User answered Yes to Do you want to send an email to each candidate to request more information but candidate never received the notification.
- Request More Information dialog box does not display when matching a candidate to a requisition.
- Candidate did not receive the Candidate Matched to Requisition correspondence following a match.
- The correspondence was not sent.
Do not confuse the "Request More Information" of the Match Candidate on Requisition with the "Request More Information" of the Career Section, used to redirect candidates to the "Request More Information" Application Flow based on their initial submission answers.
