Purpose
The following things may be evident or represent what the user is trying to accomplish:
- The Agent did not received the standard correspondence Job-Specific Referral, Agent.
- The Agent did not received a referral acknowledgement.
- Agent did not received the Thank You Letter.
- The correspondence was not sent.
