Purpose
Investigate the cause for the following symptoms:
- User cannot view the content of a correspondence in candidate history.
- Cannot open the offer letter in the candidate history.
- A correspondence sent event is not tracked in candidate history.
- The following error is displayed when trying to view a message in the candidate history: Your user permissions do not authorize you to view this message.
