Purpose
The following things may be evident or represent what the user is trying to accomplish:
- Candidate did not receive the correspondence containing the new Access Code / Security code.
- The correspondence contains an unresolved variable instead of the new Access Code.
- The correspondence does not contain the new Access Code.
