The following things may be evident or represent what the user is trying to accomplish:

Amend Approval Path action is not available.
Cannot remove approvers that are prefilled by Frequent users or Dynamic Approval Routing.
An error is displayed when tying to amend an approval path:The person designated to receive the requisition after it is approved no longer has the right to edit the requisition. Please select another recipient
