Information in this document applies to any platform.
Purpose
The following things may be evident or represent what the user is trying to accomplish:
- The option Request Screening Service is not available on the More Action menu in a Candidate file in the Recruiting Center.
- The service Taleo Scheduling Center is not available when requesting a Screening Service in a candidate file.
- User gets message 'Can't Process Request' when attempting to request Screening Service
