Purpose
Provide steps to troubleshoot the following problems:
- a wrong redirection with an eShare email.
- Requisition or Offer approval link in a message leads the user to a blank page, 404 page not found or invalid link error page.
When an offer or requisition needs to be approved and the eShare Response Center is enabled for one of the approvers, an email is sent to this user with a link to perform the approval review.
Under specific circumstances, clicking the link in the email does not bring the user to the eShare Response Center properly.
