TCC: Generating Sample CSV File Fails with error=2 (Doc ID 1047778.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to generate a CSV file in TCC for an import file fails with one of the errors shown below:

  1. TCC
  2. Open (or create/save) an import specification file (*_ld.xml).
  3. Click on the gear/paper icon under the menu item Window to generate a sample CSV file.
