Symptoms
When attempting to create a new item in a newly created item/inventory organization, the user is unable to select an Item Class. The list of values is empty, and as a result, the user also does not have access to Item Templates.
Expect the item class and item templates to be available to the item creation UI in the new item/inventory organization.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an item organization via Setup and Maintenance.
Manage Item Organizations > Create a new organization and save
2. Navigator > Product Information Management > Items
3. Items > Create Item
Enter new org name and check Create New.
Enter number of items = 1.
Observe the LOV for item class is empty. Also, no item templates are available.
