Symptoms

When attempting to publish account hierarchies to publish the hierarchies to the cube and use them in balances inquiry and reporting, the ESS program launched for this purpose ends in error.
The log file shows the following information:

addTreeVersionToOutline(): Main Essbase Error : Tree Version FA Company Hierarchy includes the following value 1359 more than once. This is not supported. You must change the tree version. (GL-781270)

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to the task Publish Account Hierarchies
2. Set the ‘Publish’ flag for the tree version and save.
3. Click the Publish action button. An ESS program is submitted and ends in error.
