Symptoms
Actual Behavior:
When going to Manage Supplier user roles. There are no roles and user is not able to add any role, hence there is not possible to assign any role to the new supplier users.
Expected Behavior:
Be able to add the Roles in Manage Supplier Roles.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Setup And Maintenance
2. go to Manage Supplier user Roles
No records are retrieved and the Add action is not avaialble.
