Goal
Provide steps to clean up Requests in Pending Status after initial Callback failure from OIM to HCM.
The cause of the initial failure could be lots of reason, one of them is that the tenantGUID value is 202, whereas this value should be 1.
The issue and fix for having tenantGUID value of 202 is addressed.
After following the steps, the Callback from OIM to HCM is succeeding and the requests are completing as expected for new HCM Data Roles. However, there are still those requests with a 'Pending' status that need to be cleaned up as can be seen using the following steps:
a) Login to Fusion Application
b) Click Navigator > Set Up and Maintenance
c) Search for task Manage Data Role and Security Profile, click Go To Task
d) Search for the Roles which request status is Pending
These are the request that you want to clean up.
