Symptoms

When uploading a PDF form in Taleo Business Edition OnBoard/OffBoard, the following error message occurs

This form contains non-supported fields. Note: Copied fields and Radio Buttons are not supported. Please refer to the Resource Center for more details on what field types are supported.
