Symptoms
When an Administrators attempts to schedule an On-Demand Backup, the Administrator is not able to select the Decrypt Confidential Data option. The message "Decrypted Backup requires that the User has Confidential Data Access" appears, and the Decrypt Confidential Data checkbox is disabled.
