Access Denied Error When Assigning a Candidate to a Requisition (Doc ID 1517963.1)

Symptoms

SUMMARY
One or more users in the Recruiter, Hiring Manager, or HR Administrator roles are unable to assign candidates to requisitions.

STEPS
1. Click the Candidates Tab.
2. Click the Name of the candidate to view the candidate record.
3. Click the Attach Requisition link on the candidate's Requisition Summary table.
4. A Select Requisition window opens. Click the Title of the requisition to which you are attempting to submit the candidate.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When a user attempts to assign a candidate to a requisition using the Attach Requisition link on the Requisition Summary table, the following error occurs:

Access Denied
You do not have sufficient access rights to perform part or all of this action.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The selected requisition appears in the candidate's Requisition Summary table.
