Symptoms

A TCC import involving user or employee account creation fails.

Examination of the relevant Request in the TCC Profile/Console shows a java.lang.NullPointerException involving the EmailService.   Excerpt:

 

 

Notice the java.lang.NullPointerException at the SmartorgEmailUtil.sendEmail function - the import is attempting to send email and failing.
