Goal
We have different rating criteria for every competency. Every competency uses a three point scale. They are: Improvement Needed (IN), Achieved Expectations (AE) and Outstanding (O), however the definitions for each of these three values varies depending on the competency.
Example of the "Results Focus" competency:
IN - Focus on minimum acceptable performance. Seems to generate more activity than actual results. Misses deadlines; schedules often slip
Imperfect project management; plays the blame game. Often late for meetings
AE - Mindful of commitments; reprioritizes tasks as appropriate. Delivers results that meet and sometimes exceed expectations. Generally runs well-organized projects smoothly and delivers on time. Anticipates problems and keeps schedule on track.
O - Relentless focus on results. Consistently exceeds expectations. “Go to” person. Rarely misses deadlines or key dates. Expert-level contingency planning
Infectious sense of urgency.
