You should always make sure that your organization has saved all custom reports in one of the safe folders before an update to your Oracle CX Sales and B2B Service environments. This is especially important if you have saved customized reports in the Shared folders in your BI catalog. This document has instructions for how to archive your customized reports so that you can upload them into an updated Oracle CX Sales and B2B Service environment.
This document is for Oracle CX Sales and B2B Service customers. The tips and techniques detailed in this document may not be suitable for an on-premise deployment of Oracle Cloud Applications.
