Symptoms

On Oracle Social Network Cloud Service Release 7, CRM Integration

When editing a Sales Account "Customer" and attempting to navigate to the "Conversations" tab in the Fusion Application's Home Page,
the following error occurs:

 This environment was upgraded from Release 5, where OSN was enabled.
