Symptoms
- Layout issues (e.g., tabs don't display correctly when opening "My Messages" portal page in Career Section)
- Faceted Search page does not load
- Disability form does not load (displays "The document is being loaded.") in certain versions of IE
- Changes not saving properly
- Configuration page not displayed properly
- Other display issues
