Symptoms
Oracle Fusion Sourcing 11.1.5.0.0 - Application error while awarding a Supplier Negotiation
While trying to award a Supplier Negotiation (after capturing the response via the Supplier Portal), click on Actions -> Award, the following application error appears:
Error: An application error occurred. Your help desk can us the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 21
Server Domain: Procurement Domain,
Server Instance: ProcurementServer_1
Application Name: ProcurementApp.
Steps to Reproduce
---------------------------------
1. Capture the response via the Supplier Portal.
2. Award the Supplier Negotiation.
3. Click on Actions -> Award
4. The indicated application error appears.
