ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Total Increase % is rounding on employees that have an Adjusted Factor of 2080. Employees with an Adjusted Factor of 1.00 the total is summing correctly therefore changing/decreasing the employees Total Salary Award Amount. This issue was not found during out initial conference room pilot but during the final stages of UAT testing.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Navigator > Compensation > Act as Proxy > Manager search = <Manager name>-> Select plan > Salary Tab
